Book review,
Very good book for someone who likes to go to places a person might not find in the traditional ways when travelling. Would buy again.

|Off The Beaten Mark,
This was a good read. Much of it was new to me, and I’ve been in Missouri a long time, and have been on the road not taken quite a bit. I have to admit my low score for the book is based on two things, and they might not be of interest to all. First, I am not a fan of rating places by eateries. Second, there are a few places in Kansas City Missouri which were omitted that shouldn’t have been. I am not going to take up a great deal of time cataloging them because to do so would put this review in the same class as the book. I will throw out a few things from my experience that by their omission makes me wonder about the rest. Cowtown Ballroom, Meirhoffs, Westport, Kelley’s, K.C. Masterpiece, the Savoy (better than The Golden Corral). And let it be said, that although some of those are not still there, they should always be mentioned. Let’s just say that there is more to being off the beaten path than name dropping and sounding like The Chamber Of Commerce.
